The Board of The Conygar Investment
Company PLC is pleased to announce that the planning
application submitted by its subsidiary, Martello Quays Limited, in respect of
the Pembroke
Dock Waterfront development has been unanimously backed by the Planning
Committee of
Pembrokeshire County Council.
The planning application will be presented to the
Pembrokeshire County Council for approval at their meeting on 21 February 2008.
If approved, the development is expected to create a 260 berth marina, 146
houses, 304 apartments with associated Leisure and retail facilities and an end
value in excess £100milion
