CHRISTMAS MESSAGE FROM
THE MAYOR OF PEMBROKE DOCK, COUNCILLOR PAUL WEATHERALL.
The Christmas season is once again upon us and on behalf of the
Town Council I would like to extend Seasonal Greetings to you
all.
The Town Council have continued to improve the Christmas Lights
in the town and those visiting Dimond Street will note that
there is now a gold / white theme in the displays to complement
the blue / white theme in Meyrick Street together with a
“luminous ceiling” at the junction with Queen and Dimond
Streets. We hope that this will make your visit to the town to
buy your Christmas presents etc more enjoyable.
This year we are also providing some attractions to visitors on
Friday 14th and Saturday 15th December with the provision of a
synthetic Ice Rink in the Western Way Car Park together with
some fairground attractions and static displays by the Police,
the Youth Service and Army Careers and we hope this will
encourage you to visit our town.
Please then will you support local shops in the Christmas season
and bring your family and friends to see what Pembroke Dock has
to offer.
With very best
wishes for 2008.
COUNCILLOR PAUL WEATHERALL
Mayor of Pembroke Dock.
